About Us
Christine DeMaster has been a consultant to local governments and utilities since 1997. While her work experience varies widely—from setting water and sewer rates and impact fees, to downtown and corridor redevelopment plans, municipal consolidation studies, utility mergers, and economic impact analyses—the common theme is a focus on helping local governments and utilities develop fair and equitable long-term plans and policies. She holds a Master of Urban Planning degree and is a member of the national and Wisconsin chapter of the American Planning Association and the Wisconsin Water Association. Christy is a registered MSRB Municipal Advisor and is certified through passing the Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative Qualification Exam.
